PII that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes.

To request information that we have on you, amendments, or if you’d like all of your data to be erased then please contact our Data Protection Officer specified at the bottom of this policy and we will implement your request within 30 days.

If you send an email or letter to us, asking for information, we may need to contact other third parties to find that information. If your question is technical, we may need to pass it to our technology partner

We do not pass on any of your personal information when dealing with your enquiry, unless you have given us permission to do so. Once we have replied to you, we keep a record of your message for six months for reference and audit purposes, after which it is deleted.

Data relating to orders are kept for a minimum period of 5 years to allow us to analyse and understand activity of customers over time to help provide a better experience and product selection to our website users.
